Description

Runs an external program (filename with parameter, or commandline) when active is set to True, without blocking the application. onprocfinished is called when the program has terminated; exitcode then holds its exit code. The standard input and outputs of the program are available through input, output and erroroutput. waitforprocess waits for the end of the program, blocking the caller.

To simply run a program and get its output, see also the getprocessoutput functions of this unit.
