Page layout of a treport. Widgets placed directly on the page are printed on every page (headers, footers, page numbers); tables are made of tbandareas. If datasource is set, one page is printed per record. nextpage is the page used after this one has been printed once (e.g. a first page with a different layout), nextpageifempty the page used if this one has no data, and nextpageiflast the page used after the last one (e.g. a summary).
