Changes the font to the nearest one containing the given encoding

Description

Changes the font to the nearest one containing the given encoding. No change is made if no font matches the requested encoding. Do not set this away from its default (iso10646, i.e. Unicode) in normal use: MSEgui's internal text representation is UCS2, and iso10646 is the only encoding compatible with it.
