Fires with fetching True right after a record is fetched from the database, and with fetching False right before a record is posted — the place to compute fkinternalcalc fields, which, unlike fkcalculated fields, are never read from or written to the database and can also be set directly in code (e.g. from an edit widget), like fkdata fields.
